Americans support President Trump and conservative policies to help rebuild the economy and provide law and order, according to a new poll commissioned by America First Policies. Not only do the majority of Americans trust the President’s handling of the economy, they also approve of his executive orders, like the payroll tax cut. Most blame Democrats for holding up much needed stimulus aid, and trust the free market — not government — hold the solutions to defeat the coronavirus.

In terms of law and order, the majority of respondents feel the rioting has hijacked the social-justice movement, and 75% of respondents oppose defunding the police, including 63 percent of African Americans.

Cancel culture and socialism also weigh heavily on the minds of respondents, with 54% believing the Democratic Party has moved too far left, and 77% saying they believe many people don’t express their true thoughts or feelings about political opinions because they might experience a negative backlash for voicing their views.
