Biden Knows More than He’s Saying on Flynn

The handwritten notes of the infamous, coup-plotting, corrupt FBI official, Peter Strzok from an early January 2017 Obama administration meeting on General Michael Flynn have been released, and they are damning for Former Vice President Biden. On multiple occasions and on the record, Joe Biden has denied involvement in the targeting of General Flynn. The notes released from Strzok are a bombshell that indicate it was, in fact Joe Biden who suggested targeting Flynn using the Logan Act.

Several days later, an Obama administration official leaked information about Flynn and the Logan Act to the Washington Post; this was a criminal action that exacerbated the Russia collusion hoax and sabotaged the peaceful transition of power.

Despite the evidence to the contrary, Biden has lied about his involvement (or as he claims, his lack thereof) in the targeting of General Flynn. For example, in May he told ABC’s George Stephanopoulos, “I know nothing about those moves to investigate Michael Flynn.” When pressed on the fact that he was in an Oval Office meeting with President Obama and the FBI Director on January 5, 2017 that focused on investigating Flynn, Biden responded, “I was aware … but that’s all I know.”

When MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell questioned Biden, “What was your involvement in the investigation of Michael Flynn and the FBI investigation of Michael Flynn?” Biden chose his words carefully and did not answer the question that was asked.  “I was never a part or had any knowledge of any criminal investigation into Flynn while I was in office, period. Not one single time,” Biden said. Now, this distinction is important—Biden notes he was not aware of a criminal investigation into Flynn but that is because one never existed. The Flynn investigation was a counterintelligence investigation and despite what Biden would have you believe, he is very aware of that distinction.

The evidence that Biden was involved in targeting General Flynn continues to compound. Newly unclassified records expose that Joe Biden actually made the request to unmask Flynn’s identity on January 12, 2017. This request is an about-face from Biden as in his Senate days he stated that misusing the power to unmask should be equated to spying.

The ever-complicit media covered for Biden as legal expert, Jonathan Turley noted “The media portrayed both Obama and Biden as uninvolved [in the Flynn matter]. But now we know they both actively followed the investigation.”

Peter Strzok’s handwritten notes are the smoking gun that prove Joe Biden was not simply just “aware” of the investigation into Michael Flynn; the notes prove that he was actively involved in the targeting of Flynn. Joe Biden owes the truth to the American people, when will he come out and admit it?
